  • Cirneco puppies expected at the end of August
    Iosono Mea della Mea and Red Hawk's Bosso spent a couple of days with romantic affairs so we are hopefully expecting Cirneco puppies to be born at the end of August! Thank you Marita for letting us use Bosso! More information in the cirneco puppies site.

    Iosono Incredibile took BOB and Miki's son Otto aka Vespinja's Bisacquino was BOS with CAC. Vespina's daughter and Ninja's sister Mella aka Vespinja's Caramella was Best Female 2nd with CAC.

  • Jazi 10 years
    Our foundation bitch Jazi turned 10 years today in the 15th of June. Congrats to our dear grand old lady! We want to thank Jazi's breeders Jane & Tricomi for her!

  • Italian Greyhound puppies were born
    Ida whelped 2 males & 3 female puppies. The pups and the proud momma are doing fine. Photos of the puppies can be found in the puppy page

  • Lure coursing competition
    Iosono Michelangelo congratulates his progeny with double win at Kuopio LC competition! The results

    1. Rontti, Vespinja's Bronte 237+252=489 CAC
    2. Bianca, Vespinja's Bianca 235+230=465 CQ
    3. Tihu, Kimblewick Judith 230+226=456 CQ

  • SIC Championship Lure Coursing Competition
    4 Cirnechi and 9 IGs were entered in our Club's own championship competition. Iosono Incredibile won and gained the 2nd Lure coursing certificate (five are needed for the LC champion title). The 2nd was Iosono Romulus, with certificate quality. Necku Iosono Monopoli was third in Italian Greyhounds. The results of the Cirnechi:

    1. Siri, Iosono Incredibile 216 + 230 = 446 p CAC
    2. Roope, Iosono Romulus 220 + 220 = 440 p CQ

  • Welcome to Finland, Rommi!
    Little Rommi the Italian Greyhound arrived to Finland a few weeks ago from France. Rommi is officially Nubiad' Cracklin Carlito. Our sincere thanks to Rommi's breeder Fabienne Becker for our little black dream!

  • Lure coursing competition in Lieto 20.5.2007
    Five Cirnechi competing in Lieto competition, and three Miki kids (Rontti, Roope & Bianca)! The results:

  • A holiday in Croatia
    Over 2000 km driving and 7 days in a holiday in Croatia. Here are a couple of photos of our trip.

  • Lure Coursing event in Hyvinkää 17.5.2007
    Roope and Ninja participated in Luhtisempalot lure coursing competition. Ninja was the 2nd best puppy from all sighthound breeds and Roope 6th best yougster of all sighthound breeds! Well done! The results.





  • Bratislava International show 12th of May, 2007
    Iosono Michelangelo took part in Bratislava INT by being BOB with CAC and CACIB. The judge was a Szabo Béla from Hungary. Unfortunately we didn't have time to participate in group competitions as we had to leave for our vacation to Dubrovnik, Croatia.







  • Somero dog show 5.5.2007
    Iosono Romulus was BOB with CAC and his little sister Vespinja's Cara Mia Iosonoaka Ninja was BOB puppy. Judge was Kari Salminen, Finland.

  • Hiking in the Alps
    We were once again hiking in the Alps. This time we visited Schneeberg in Austrian Alps. It was so hot, about 25 - 30 C in the shadow.

  • 6 days on the road in seven European countries and the specialty show of the Cirnechi in Italy in March
    I had planned to write a travel report from our trip in seven European countries (Slovakia, Austria, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Italy, Slovenia & Croatia) but unfortunately I have been so busy during the last few months so I'll just put some photos from our trip.

    Coco and Ninja participated first time in a dog show: Coco was BOB puppy and Ninja 2nd best puppy! Judge was Marja Kosonen, Finland.






  • Valentine's day puppies!
    One male and two females were born for the honour of Valentine's day on the 14th of February. The puppies and their momma Venla are doing fine. The pups are spoken for.

  • Cirneco puppies expected to be born
    We are eagerly waiting for the birth of Venla's puppies in one week. More information about the puppies on the puppies site.






  • The spring is near in Vienna
    The winter has been incredibly warm here in Vienna, Austria, the record temperature was +18 in January. We have had snow only once during the winter and it occurred last week when we had snow for a couple of days. Now it seems the spring is coming - or at least the nature thinks so - as some trees and bushes begin to flourish..

  • Turku International show 28.1.2007
    The sire of our upcoming litter Vespinja's Bronte won the males once again and was BOS with his 7th CAC and 2nd CACIB. Iosono Incredibile was Best Female 3 with res-CAC. There were 11 Cirnechi entered.






  • Kajaani International Show 6.1.2007
    Great success to Miki's progeny in kajaani: Vespinja's Bronte who is the sire of our upcoming litter was Best Of Breed with 6th CAC and first CACIB. In the group ring he gained even Group 3rd! Vespinja's Biancavilla was BOS with CAC and CACIB. Congratulations Marita, Jenni & Annikki!!
